Because they:

- respond quickly
- solve problems
- stabilize teams
- absorb pressure
- rarely let things fail
Organizations naturally begin leaning toward them.
Eventually reliability becomes expectation.
And expectation becomes extraction.
This can be why so many high-capacity women feel exhausted despite being respected.
Competence masks depletion.
The issue is not commitment.
The issue is systems that confuse reliability with unlimited capacity.
Transformational leadership must include sustainability.
Because leaders should not have to sacrifice themselves to remain effective.
