
Some women are praised for how much they carry.
And quietly depleted by it.
Recognition feels good. But praise without support leads to burnout, disconnection, and leadership that costs too much.
A thank you cannot replace:
- clear boundaries
- protected time
- real support
- emotional recovery
- a sustainable workload
High-achieving women often become so identified with being dependable that they stop noticing how much they’re holding.
Until the exhaustion is impossible to ignore.
A better question is:
Not: “How much more can she carry?”
But: “What support helps her lead and live with clarity, confidence, and alignment?”
That shift changes what comes next.
