Competence can hide depletion.
And institutions often mistake resilience for unlimited capacity.
Sustainable leadership takes more than recognition. It takes:
- structural support
- protected boundaries
- redistributed labor
- emotional sustainability
- space for restoration
Because meaningful leadership should not require self-erasure.
